Career Bridge Recruitment are currently partnering with a leading contractor delivering major infrastructure works in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established team working on high profile, technically challenging infrastructure projects.
The Role
You will play a key role in the commercial management of large-scale infrastructure works, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This position offers exposure to complex civils packages within a secure, long-term framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing all commercial aspects of civils projects from start to finish
- Procurement and management of subcontractors
- Preparing and reviewing valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Ensuring compliance with contract conditions and company procedures
- Supporting project delivery teams with commercial insight
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering / infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of NEC or similar contracts
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
- Degree qualified or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
