As a result, we are seeking skilled and reliable Commercial Plumbers to join their team, delivering high-quality installations across large-scale commercial, industrial, and new build developments.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on prestigious projects ranging from luxury hotels and multi-occupant care homes to million-pound residences and state-of-the-art schools, with project values ranging from £20,000 to £2.5m.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems across commercial and industrial sites.
- Work with drainage, fixtures, pipefitting, and water supply systems.
- Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Place and manage material orders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with site managers, project engineers, and other trades.
- Uphold compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Take ownership of projects where required, ensuring delivery to the highest standard.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber
- Recognised plumbing trade qualification with valid license/certification.
- Confident in reading and working from technical drawings and plans.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safe working practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- CSCS card required; SSSTS desirable but not essential.
