Career-Bridge Recruitment is hiring for a Sales Advisor to join a successful housing developer in Exeter. This is a great opportunity to work within a top-performing new homes sales team, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager or Head of Sales.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage sales from enquiry to completion.
- Handle reservations, contracts, and upsells.
- Keep systems updated and liaise with solicitors, agents & financial advisors.
- Build strong relationships with buyers, keeping them informed throughout.
- Work closely with internal teams to keep sales on track.
- Maintain show homes and follow health & safety guidelines.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong communication & admin skills.
- Experience in property sales, estate agency, or similar (preferred).
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Commercial awareness of the new homes market.
- Full UK driving licence
- To be able to work weekends
