Career-Bridge Recruitment are working with established Devon based Mechanical & Electrical contractor who are looking for a Site Manager to over see and manage a residential modular housing project in Bristol on a self employed basis.
You will be making sure the job runs smoothly, working and managing a team of different trades.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of site operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment
- Implement and enforce health and safety policies in accordance with company standards.
- Over seeing and managing different trades, painters, electricians, plumbers, floor fitters
You will need
Qualifications
- SMSTS
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably within a similar industry.
