Sales Executive / Sales Advisor – New Homes
Salary: £32,000 basic + commission (OTE typically around £50,000)
Working Pattern: Thursday – Monday, 10:00am – 5:00pm
Career-Bridge Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading residential housebuilder to recruit a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive / Sales Advisor for a busy new homes development in Colletyn.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established developer with strong site traffic, quality homes, and genuine earning potential through commission.
As a Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers and will play a key role in guiding them through the full home-buying journey, from initial enquiry to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers to the development and delivering engaging property tours
- Understanding buyer needs and matching them to suitable homes and plots
- Managing the full sales process, including reservations, sales progression, and liaising with solicitors and mortgage advisors
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM systems
- Achieving individual and site sales targets
- Ensuring show homes and sales areas are presented to a high standard at all times
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners

Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous experience in new homes sales, estate agency, or a customer-facing sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident and professional approach with customers
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A target-driven mindset with a desire to earn commission
- Basic IT skills and confidence using CRM systems
