You’ll be a vital part of a customer-focused Commercial team, working under the mentorship of an experienced Quantity Surveyor. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting for housing developments.
- Supporting the procurement of materials and subcontractors.
- Helping to prepare and review contracts and valuations.
- Monitoring project costs to ensure budgets are maintained.
- Assisting in preparing reports and financial statements.
- Collaborating with site teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Learning and applying industry best practices in quantity surveying.

Qualifications
- Working towards or completed a relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or a related field.
- Further education (A-Levels, BTEC, or apprenticeship) in construction-related studies is desirable.
- Full UK driving licence
