Career-Bridge Recruitment are working with a well-established facilities management company who are based in Devon who are looking for a mobile plumber to join the team on a permanent basis.
You will be carrying out PPM & Reactive maintenance in commercial and industrial buildings around the Exeter, Newton Abbot and Torquay area, working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30, although some flexibility will be required at times.
Duties
- Carry out routine PPM and reactive plumbing works in commercial and industrial properties
- Responding to reactive call outs and fault-finding on domestic hot and cold-water systems
- Installation of new plant and equipment
You will need
- You will have an NVQ / or to be time served
- Have experience of working in a commercial, field-based role
- Have a proactive approach to problem solving and a can-do attitude.
