Electrical Design Engineer sought, Plymouth. We are seeking Electrical Design Engineers for a prestigious, national, independent Building Services Consultancy based within their Plymouth office. The business have in excess of 70 years trading history working nationally as an independent Building Services Consultancy on various schemes within the commercial, medical, MoD, and various further sectors.
We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Electrical Engineers to join our client’s team in Plymouth. With a current and forward workload in Healthcare, Further Education, Commercial and Residential projects. We are continually looking for the best talent to join the team as they continue to secure repeat business across all sectors.
What you’ll need to succeed,
• As an experienced Electrical Design Engineer, you will be able to demonstrate a portfolio of completed projects. You will have excellent technical knowledge of Electrical Building Services Engineering and have worked in all stages of the design process.
• You will have experience in client facing activities including site and design team meetings. Working in the latest software packages, you will also be competent in AutoCAD and have some experience of REVIT.
• You will have a determination to succeed, with at least 3 years post qualification experience in Building Services, have excellent communication and IT skills, can bring creative flair to projects and inspire our clients, we can offer you a challenging and rewarding career.
Qualifications
• Electrically qualified, holding an HNC or above in electrical engineering
• CIBSE / Chartered Engineers would be advantageous but certainly not a must
