Career-Bridge Recruitment are working with a large well established Commerical heating company who are based in Berkshire who are looking for commercial gas engineers to join their expanding team. You will be carrying out PPM & reactive maintenance across different commercial contracts around the geographical location of London.
The ideal candidate will be situated close to the M5, due to easy travel links.
Duties
- PPM & reactive maintenance within commercial properties
- Responsible for a variety of minor installations and maintenance across multiple sites
- Working on interesting contracts, Schools, stadiums, office blocks, research centres, warehouses, museums, and research centres
You will need
- Domestic and Commercial gas qualifications (Commercial: CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1/1A –) (Domestic CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1)
- Driving licence
- Previous experience in a dynamic and reactive maintenance role
- Ideally to be based and have good transport routes to the M25

- Competitive salary £50,000 £57,000 depending on experience
- Working on a 40-hour week 8am – 4:30pm
- Competitive over time rates
