Career-Bridge Recruitment are working with a large well established Commerical heating company who are based in Berkshire who are looking for commercial gas engineers to join their expanding team.
You will be carrying out PPM & reactive maintenance across different commercial contracts around the geographical locations of Reading and sometimes into London.
The ideal candidate will be situated close to the M5, due to easy travel links.
Duties
- You will be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial premises
- Working on all type of boilers, gas fired water heaters, burners with AHU’s and radiant heaters
- Heating systems knowledge and all equipment that is found in a plantroom such as pumps, pressurisation sets, valves, fans
- Responsible for a variety of minor installations and maintenance across multiple sites
- Complete relevant compliance paperwork and report diligently
- Availability for out of hours call out
- Working across projects, planned & reactive maintenance teams
- Working on interesting contracts, Schools, stadiums, office blocks, research centres, warehouses, museums, and research centres
You will need
- Domestic and Commercial gas qualifications (Commercial: CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1/1A –) (Domestic CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1)
- Driving licence
- Previous experience in a dynamic and reactive maintenance role

- Competitive salary £45,000 – £55,000 depending on experience
- Working on a 40-hour week 8am – 4:30pm
