Career-Bridge Recruitment are working with a domestic and commercial Southwest based building improvements company who are looking for a Carpenter / Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be overseeing operations / contracts on site and reporting into the commercial lead.
You will be carrying out contracts across Plymouth and surrounding areas.
Duties
- Responsible for the overseeing operations on site and reporting directly to the Commercial Lead with progress from start to finish.
- Manage aspects of the project from planning, organising, and coordinating activities of the teams.
- Ensure that all safety regulations are met and maintained as requested and will ensure that all work is performed in a safe and professional manner that meets all quality standards we require
- Oversee contacts out of the southwest and will be required to stay away occasionally with all food and accommodation covered
- You will be overseeing all Fire Door installations and minor contracts throughout
You will need
- NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or to be time served
- SSSTS (desirable)
- Driving licence
- Experience within a similar role
- Experience in Fire Doors & all aspects Carpentry
